As the Project Manager and Social Media Strategist, I was thrilled to take on the challenge of creating a whole new market for this groundbreaking product, targeting, apparel, furniture, and automobiles.
Our ambitious goals were to build an unforgettable brand, ignite brand awareness, and skyrocket our Instagram followers by 200% in just months, all while navigating a tight budget and limited resources. Thanks to our dynamic blend of paid and organic social strategies, we achieved a fantastic increase in our followers!

Nothing But Chicken is a specialty food store franchise focused solely on chicken, with over 25 branches in Mumbai.
As the Social Media Strategist, my goal was to organic reach on Instagram and Facebook, while also managing paid ads for promoting discounts. Despite limited resources, including time with a graphic designer and a minimal budget, we conducted A/B to identify effective content and paid media strategies.
As a result, the brand's Instagram followers grew by approximately 200%, engagement rose by 21%, and store foot traffic increased by around 14% during paid promotions.

However, since I am big a foodie I had great fun working on this one
